Then grab this exciting opportunity to join Jabra to play a spearheading role in driving and coordinating warranty content and processes to ensure full compliance with legal and commercial guarantees to obtain optimal customer satisfaction and brand perception across GN Audio brands by engaging stakeholders and resources. 

To succeed in this role, it is vital that you:

  • drive and coordinate all warranty compliance related activities through focused timely deliveries in accordance with warranty legislation requirements

  • actively contribute to positive brand perception of Jabra within our customer base by ensuring full warranty compliance

  • are able to create structure, show accountability and a collaborative spirit in a cross-functional setting

Your responsibilities include:

  • Act as main warranty support point of contact globally for organization, consult with Legal and reply to warranty compliance questions from e.g., Product management / Sales / Marketing / Support & Services

  • Ensure warranty compliance is integrated into our product development process.

  • Drive reviews to ensure warranty period and warranty mentioning is consistent across online, offline materials and apps

  • When new products are introduced or discontinued, coordinate and review changes to warranty content/processes, maintain warranty change log, and handle internal communications to main stakeholders

  • Gather market/legal input on new warranty legislation, facilitate briefings/reviews of changes, prepare analysis of impact, and coordinate warranty content optimization/process changes for all GN Audio brands

  • Guard warranty compliance and handling within GN Audio through engagement with stakeholders being affected by or using warranty terms and secure GN Audio are communicating, and honoring warranty based on compliance and legal rules

  • 2+ years’ track record of working cross-functionally in a global and commercial context within warranty

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Law, or related field

  • Basic knowledge of legal/commercial guarantees

  • Good commercial understanding with basic financial knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with ability to explain complex legal material in simple terms to stakeholders at all levels

  • Able to work independently and take ownership delivering high-quality work with thorough attention to detail always with a customer centric approach

  • Are self-driven and do not shy away from taking on complex challenges

  • Promote a culture of open, honest, and respectful communication

  • Having experience with product development and management is a plus

The position is placed at the heart of GN Audio’s HQ in Ballerup. You will join our Global Product & Portfolio Management team. More specifically, you become a part of the In-Market & Portfolio team with 13 dedicated colleagues, reporting to Lars Rasmussen, Senior Director, Head of In-Market & Portfolio.
