Student Assistant for Global Partner Sales, GN Hearing
Are you a student with interest in User Guides and Marketing Operations in a commercial organization?

Join us at GN Hearing, where we specialize in the fusion of scientific research and advanced hearing aids and accessories! You will work in a department that provides first class working relationships with our international partners and delivers excellence in all aspects. You will be part of the Global Partner Sales (GPS) Europe & Latin American Marketing Organization, supporting our partners located the European, CIS & Latin America regions, within a team who works closely together with many internal and external stakeholders around the world.
We expect weekly hours to be around 13-15 and timeslots will be based on mutual agreement. There will be periods where further support and extra hours are needed - we are of course flexible in relation to your study.
We would like to welcome you as our new student assistant if you can see yourself in the following:
Support with the coordination of our localized technical manuals i.e. user guides.
Management of marketing orders for our worldwide partners.
Support with our internal marketing portals and websites.
Support marketing team with localizations of marketing campaigns, movies, update websites, coordinate brochure translations, guide partners on SoMe usage.
Supporting the launch process, ensuring both partners and internal sales & product teams receive clear and comprehensive marketing training, have access to all relevant assets and tools to introduce the products in the market.
Support with the implementation of webinar programs and other customer-related training activities.
Support the marketing team in the logistics and organization of international events (such as our annual audiology event), customer visits to our office in HQ, international congresses such as EUHA and ad hoc administrative work.

You are a dedicated, detail-oriented business or marketing student with at least 1-2 years remaining in your studies.
You thrive in pressured situations, understand the importance of meeting deadlines, and maintain a can-do attitude.
You are a proactive problem-solver who embraces new tasks and is open to changes in plans, offering creative solutions to challenges.
You possess strong organizational skills, ensuring timely project delivery.
You can work effectively both independently and as part of cross-functional teams, spanning different time zones.
You have a keen understanding of cultural differences and approach challenges with a positive mindset.
Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
You are comfortable with change and are willing to take on a variety of tasks.
You excel as a team player, communicating diplomatically across different levels.
As some tasks can be handled only from our head quarter in Ballerup, is it a necessity that you are located in Copenhagen area.
Fluent written and spoken English skills
