A service provider company which is specializing at management of strategic activities such as: compliance, marketing, negotiations, and customer relation, is seeking for Costumer Service agent with previous experience in sales (major advantage but not mandatory)

The right candidate will:

spoken Swedish as mother tongue

good negotiation skills, self-confident, verbal, assertive with high ambition

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including outlook, Excel and Word is a must.

ability to communicate in English (read reports and understand conference meetings)

previous work experience over the phone considered an asset.
