Customer Service Leader

Alstom Sweden is looking for an ambitious and service minded Customer Service Leader who will be responsible for customer support and order handling of parts globally to other Alstom entities.

Your mission?
This role is based within the Rolling Stock and Components division of Alstom in Västerås, Sweden and working specifically in the Aftermarket and Service part of the organization.

Making Train the most attractive mobility solutions for people and freights by ensuring railway fleets are reliable, available and maintained through their life cycle. Products related to the role are traction parts, test equipment and special tools. The main objectives within this position are to collect and manage customer requests to assure responsiveness as well as to be proactive in order to develop and improve our processes.

Your key responsibilities?

  • Manage customer inquiries, orders and returns as well as customer complaints;

  • Follow up of quotations and coordinate orders and deliveries;

  • Maintain positive relationship and network with customers;

  • Organize and ensure on time delivery to customers;

  • Development / improvement of the sales and order process;

Minimum qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification or experience from a similar role;

  • Global industry knowledge would be a benefit for this position;

  • Strong communication skills and fluent in Swedish and English;

  • Understanding of supply chain and material planning;

  • Teamplayer with a positive attitude and enjoy working with process improvements

  • You deliver high customer service and are a problem solver

Ideally:

  • Knowledge of the railway industry

  • Previous experience in a technical sales role

  • Global industry knowledge would be a benefit for this position

  • Knowledge in business intelligence, negotiation skills, and planning
